You decide. We offer three levels of packages that vary in detail. Weather you need a simple landscape consultation or the more in-depth masterplan to bring you biggest dreams to life, we have you covered.

Consultation

$175

Sean will visit your site where we talk through your dream landscape design. We can discuss things like plant design and maintenance, hardscaping, site restoration, and overall site programming.

Consultations include all of my field notes, recommendations, list of potential plants and hardscape materials. This fee gets wrapped into the project budget if you move forward with the full design services package.

Design Services

$1500 +

This is where the fun happens. We get down into the nitty gritty of hardscaping, pools, furniture, play sets, and plants!! Final deliverable includes scaled AutoCad drawings that your selected contractor can use to make your vision come to life.

Project Management

$100-$150/Hour

I take my clients time and money very seriously. I can be out on site to verify product delivery is correct, verify we have the right plants in the correct amount, or just to meet and coordinate with the selected contractor as they work.
